Once you are signed up as a rewards customer, we will reward one Loyalty point for every dollar spent on food including gratuity. These points can be redeemed for gift cards, electronics, tickets, or can be applied to your Flavors Catering bill. Once you place a request to redeem Loyalty points, the request takes 10 to 14 business days to fulfill. Please contact us at 801.467.8474 to expedite a rewards request, but note that there are no guarantees it can be fulfilled any earlier. 

Points can be accumulated for as long as the account is active*. Loyalty points can be redeemed at any time by contacting Flavors Catering at 801-467-8474. If your account is placed in an inactive status, your Loyalty points balance will return to zero. Please call us with any questions.

*Maintain an Active account status by placing an order with Flavors Catering at least three times within a six month period .
